• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You may cancel your subscription at any time

5. User Content

You retain ownership of your content (menu items, images, descriptions) but grant us license to display and process it for service delivery.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload false or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we don't guarantee uninterrupted access to our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for violations of these terms.
