Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your meny.io subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
• You will retain access to all features until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods

Data Retention

After cancellation, your menu data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted. You can request a copy of your data during this period.

Reactivation

You can reactivate your subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting a new subscription plan. Your previous menu data will be available if reactivation occurs within the 30-day retention period.
